Location: the hotel was short walk to railway, airports station and shopping center. Had facilities needed in my king room, including a safe, a lounge, and coffee...

Some people working there were not very helpful.

i didn't want to say goodbye, so would recomand this hotel. wonderful and ideal property, very attentive staff, really enjoyed fantastic location so close to underground and airport bus and cathedral and night market and subway station and airport bus station. the room was spacious and with comfy beds. the service was very efficient during all my pleasant stay.

I liked staying in this property and its excellent and unbeatable location.

The hotel was perfect, the room was reasonably sized and compact, had essentials for a very nice stay. The breakfast was free, it had good meals. The service was excellent, including a smooth check-in.

That the staff spoke other languages - this was very helpful! I particularly liked the direction the hotel took to try to save the environment with dispensers for shampoo, etc. The location was fantastic.

Although, previous to my visit, I read reviews that the room was small, I thought the room was fine and could have accommodated my family of 4. Instead, I had to book 2 rooms but used basically only 1 room so that was a bit of a waste for us.

The location is fantastic for shopping and also have alot of food stall around.Metro station only 3 mins away from the hotel.

The room space is small for 2 big luggage. The shower holder is too low.
